Blood Bank Manager

The Blood Bank Manager organizes, prioritizes, and supervises the specialty area and monitors and reviews results for timeliness and accuracy. Areas of oversight include Outreach, Transfusion Services, and Hendrick Regional Blood Center.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: Associates degree or equivalent

Minimum Work Experience: 3 years

Required Licenses/Certifications: Completion of formal training program in an approved MT, MLS, or MLT program. Registered as a MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or MLT (ASCP) or equivalent.

• Maintain employee files.
• Maintain manuals.
